●It can achieve good mixing effect for dry, hard, plastic and various proportions of concrete. The upper cover of the mixer is equipped with water spray pipe, access door, observation door and feeding device.
●The feeding device includes cement, fly ash, aggregate feeding port and water inlet device. In order to increase the impact of water on the main shaft, a pipeline pump is installed on the upper cover of the main engine to ensure that the main shaft does not stick.

Aggregate proportioning and transportation
● The aggregate batching and conveying part is composed of aggregate batching machine and inclined belt conveyor.
● The process is: sand and gravel yard - storage bin - metering bucket - Horizontal Belt Conveyor - inclined to belt conveyor.
1. Aggregate batching machine
● The aggregate batching machine is equipped with four aggregate silos, which can be used for the grading of four kinds of aggregates.
●The aggregate bin supplies materials to the weighing hopper, and the microcomputer weighing controller controls the vertical weighing of materials, which can complete the functions of weighing setting, peeling, error compensation, output control signal and so on.

2. Inclined belt conveyor
● Inclined belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveying belt, transmission device, idler, cleaning device, frame and escalator.
● After the measured aggregate is sent out by the horizontal belt conveyor, it is sent to the intermediate storage bucket by the inclined belt conveyor.
● Maintenance channels are set on both sides of the inclined belt conveyor, and chute is set below to prevent material falling.
Powder storage and transportation system
● Powder storage and conveying system consists of cement silo and screw conveyor.
● The process is: powder silo - screw conveyor - powder metering bucket.
1. Cement silo
● The cement bin is a steel structure, which is composed of support, cylinder, flap door, bin top dust collector, arch breaking device and material conveying pipe.
● The powder is sent to the silo by pressure air through the conveying pipe, and the pressure gas generated in the silo is discharged through the dust collector on the top of the silo.
● Upper and lower material level indicators are set in each cement bin to display the empty and full status of the bin.
2. Screw conveyor
● Screw conveyor is a device that sends the powder in the silo into the metering bucket for metering
● It is mainly composed of power transmission device, screw shaft, pipe body, intermediate support seat, inlet and outlet pipe, etc., with high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, sectional assembly and convenient transportation.
3.Metering system
● The metering system of 120 mixing plant is divided into three parts:
● The weighing method of sand and gravel is vertical weighing, and the structure of the scale includes belt scale and bucket scale;
● The weighing method of cement and other powder materials is single measurement, and the structure is generally bucket scale;
● Mixing water and admixture are generally measured by flowmeter or bucket scale.
Electric control system
● The control room of 120 mixing plant is a vertical structure, the wall is sealed with light insulation board, the internal is equipped with an electric control operating system, and the front is a large plane glass window, with wide field of vision and bright light.
