1. The steering roller bearing of the feeding belt conveyor shall be lubricated once every three months with No. 4 calcium base grease and oil gun.
2. The grooved roller bearing of the feeding belt conveyor shall be changed with No. 4 calcium base grease during the maintenance of the concrete mixing plant.
3. For the flat roller bearing of the feeding belt conveyor, use No. 4 calcium ester to change the oil during maintenance.
4. The tensioning device of the feeding belt conveyor shall be lubricated with 4 calcium ester and oil gun every six months.
5. The electric roller of the feeding belt conveyor needs to be lubricated according to the installation instructions.
6. The butterfly valve of the transition storage hopper shall be lubricated with No. 4 calcium ester oil gun every three months.
7. The deflection roller bearing of the weighing belt conveyor shall be lubricated with No. 4 calcium ester and oil gun every three months.
8. Weigh the grooved roller bearing of the belt conveyor and change the oil with No. 4 calcium base ester during maintenance.
9. Weigh the flat roller bearing of the belt conveyor and change the oil with No. 4 calcium ester during maintenance.
10. Weigh the anti deflection roller bearing of the belt conveyor and lubricate it with No. 4 calcium ester by oil gun every six months.
