Environmental dry mortar batching plant

Dry mortar batching plant performance characteristics
1. The mixing speed is fast, and it only takes 8 minutes to mix each time;
2. The machine is developed on the basis of the technical essence of the new model dissolved into multiple generations, with automatic feeding, pneumatic discharge, no blocks in the barrel wall, no dead angle.
3. Small ground area, reasonable structure, simple operation, high production efficiency, no dust, reasonable power formulation.
4, the configuration is reasonable; the annual output of about 20,000 to 30,000 tons of dry mortar production line, generally will use 4-6 raw material tanks, of which two large tanks for bulk cement and fly ash, the rest of the small tanks for light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc.
5. Bulk cement and fly ash into the tank do not need lifting equipment, rely on pump trucks to enter. The clever material handling system supports a bucket hoist dispensing operation, thus avoiding wasted resources.
6. Under the cooperation of the measurement spiral, the measurement system imports the raw materials in the silo into the measurement bin, and realizes the measurement of raw materials through the data feedback of the sensor. After the metering, the material is guided into the main bucket lifter by the screw conveyor and lifted into the upper part of the mixer to be mixed.
7. The warehouse to be mixed is an aerodynamic large-door type, which can quickly put the material to be mixed into the non-gravity mixer to achieve continuous production of dry mortar.
