Description
HZS series concrete mixing plant is a fully automatic concrete mixing plant equipment composed of batching device, aggregate conveying device, powder conveying device, water supply and additive supply system, metering system, mixing system, electric control system and air control system. HZS series concrete mixing plant has the characteristics of reasonable structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient operation and accurate measurement. Main features of HZS series concrete batching plant:
1. Modular structure is adopted, with rapid installation and disassembly and convenient transportation. It has a variety of layout forms and can meet the requirements of different sites.
2. The main mixer adopts JS twin shaft concrete mixer or planetary mixer with good mixing quality and high productivity. It can complete good mixing of dry hard, semi dry hard, plastic and various proportions of concrete in an ideal time.
3. The metering elements and control elements of all metering units are imported elements and controlled by microcomputer to fully ensure accurate metering and stable performance.
4. All powdery materials, from feeding, batching, metering, feeding to mixing and discharging, are carried out in a closed state. High quality dust collectors are used in the main mixing building. The packaging of the main mixing building and belt conveyor is closed, which greatly reduces the environmental pollution caused by dust and noise and has good environmental protection performance.
5. Each repair and maintenance part is equipped with a platform or ladder, and the main engine is equipped with a high-pressure pump cleaning device with good maintenance performance.
