High frequency vibration has the characteristics of large exciting force, high frequency and small amplitude. It has better performance than the traditional core mold vibration equipment! The component products produced by strong exciting force have no pores, high compactness, high strength and high efficiency. The daily output is 1.5-2 times that of traditional core mold vibration equipment. It greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost and improves the market competitiveness of products for customers!
1. The bearings used for internal mold vibrator and main bearing seat are all fag bearings of German origin, with import declaration documents. The maximum speed of the vibrator is 6000rpm, the maximum exciting force is 398kn, and the exciting force is adjustable in five levels, namely 398kn, 364kn, 280kn, 180kn and 132kn.
2. The main engine internal mold vibrator, damping cross and main frame produced by the company are fixed at one time, that is, when the internal mold needs to be replaced, the vibrator and main frame do not need to be disassembled again, and the internal mold can be put forward for replacement only by loosening the tensioning device on the vibrator. This can not only save the time of changing the mold, but also avoid the oil leakage caused by the frequent disassembly of the oil pipe on the vibrator.
3. The steel plate used in the mold is Q345 high-strength steel plate, with light weight and high strength.
4. The bottom mold and socket mold are steel castings (zg270-500) and undergo aging treatment, with high strength and small stress deformation, which effectively ensures the precision of cement pipe orifice size.
