What is the structure and working principle of the cement tank?
The cement tank is a cylindrical support structure. There is a dust collector on the top of the cement tank at the head, which is mainly used to exchange with the atmosphere and prevent dust leakage. The lower part is equipped with an arch breaking device to prevent powder agglomeration and smooth powder discharge. It is also equipped with a material sensing device to sense the use of materials. Therefore, it is an ideal material storage device for the mixing plant.

Generally, the powder is sent into the bin by the bulk cement mixer, and the unloading method of the cement tank (bin) mainly has two ways: the first is that the lower unloading port is connected with the screw conveyor. The second is pneumatic conveying.
How to install the cement tank (silo)?
1. After selecting the address, we should pay attention to the construction of the foundation. Try to hire professionals to design the foundation map according to the local terrain and climate.
2. Install the legs of the cement tank. Pay attention to the uniform distance between the legs and tighten them with screws.
3. Installation of air supply pipeline. The air supply pipeline has high requirements for sealing. The rubber gasket shall be installed during installation, otherwise it will cause ash emission when the split cement silo is used.
4. For the installation of bin top dust collector, check whether the filter element is intact, and then screw and fix it.
5. The guardrail, ladder and platform shall be installed firmly. No side will cause casualties.
6. When installing the butterfly valve, tighten the screws first, and then open the butterfly valve to prevent the butterfly valve from automatically opening when cement is applied.
7. For the installation of screw conveyor, the required length of screw conveyor must be accurately determined before installation, and the screws must be tightened during installation to prevent the leakage of bulk materials from the screw conveyor during the operation of split cement silo.
8. After the installation of the above components, lift the split cement silo with a crane, and then weld the outrigger and embedded parts firmly.
Precautions for daily use of cement tank:
1. In order to use the cement silo according to the safety standard, please employ experienced operators as far as possible.
2. Regularly check the pipes and connections of the arch breaking device for looseness or air leakage.
3. The surface of cement tank (warehouse) shall be inspected frequently. Once there is damage and corrosion, it shall be painted immediately.
4. Regularly check whether the starting element of the arch breaking device in the cement tank is flexible and works normally.
5. Frequently check whether the support is bent or tilted. Once found, deal with it immediately.
6. Check whether the hanging of the arch breaking device and the welding of the support device are firm and whether the bolts are loose. The piston of the arch breaking device should be cleaned frequently.
